ROBOT EVALUATION
Robot behavior evaluation
Evaluation turns a robot behavior from an intended action into measurable evidence.
A reproducible evaluation loop
Start with a defined behavior and version. Choose a policy, simulation engine and explicit random seeds. Execute the evaluation, persist the result and inspect metrics alongside the configuration.
Separate validation from measurement
Schema or configuration validation answers whether an experiment is well formed. Physics-based execution answers what happened when the policy was run. Keeping those stages distinct makes reports easier to interpret.
Compare policy iterations
Controlled seeds and stable behavior definitions help teams attribute changes to policy iterations rather than accidental changes in the experimental setup.
